The Digiflow FlowX3 line includes a complete range of cost effective Paddle Wheel Flow Sensors, Monitors and Transmitters & Sensor Installation Fittings.

Standard Flow Sensors are available in CPVC, PVDF, Stainless Steel and Brass for pipe sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24".  Ultra Low Flow (ULF) Sensors measure flows as low as 0.396 GPH.

• High Accuracy
  +/-0.75% of full scale with standard K Factor;
• No Drag
  Rotor blades have no magnetic interaction with the Hall effect or coil effect transducer in the sensor body;
• Excellent Low Flow Measurement
  Accurately measures flow velocities down to 0.5 ft/sec (0.15 m/sec).
• Large Flow Velocity Range
  The frequency output is linearly proportional to flow rate from 0.5 to 25 ft/sec.
• Long Service Life
  FlowX3 have a ceramic rotor shaft and bearings while most other brands have metal shafts and no bearings. The FlowX3 sensors have outlasted these other brands on aggressive chemicals and services containing grit.
• Excellent Corrosion Resistance
  All plastic body flow meters have plastic, ceramic and elastomeric wetted parts only - not metal. External parts are all plastic.
• Anti-Fouling Design
  Small magnets in the rotor blade lessen chance of fouling due to accumulation of magnetic particles in the process. Bearings and sensor body near rotor is designed to be self cleaning.
• Low Pressure Drops
  Pressure drops are negligible due to drag of the rotor.
• Bi-Directional
  Flow rate can be measured in either direction.
