We want you to know that Purchasing Products Online at BuyGPI.com truly is Fast, Safe and Convenient.  Simply browse this website using the categories above and on the left side of the page to find the products you are seeking. Drill down through the individual categories to the specific product and/or product description page.  In most cases, the product description page will display a part or model number, a price and a brief or possibly detailed description.  For products requiring the purchaser to “build” a part number based on product specific options, drop down menus will be included just below the part number.  Use the menus to specify ranges, connection sizes, material choices, etc.  Once all selections have been made, a revised part number and price will be displayed at the top of the page reflecting your choices.  Now, simply click the “Add to Cart” button and the product will be transferred to your personal shopping cart.  

If you'd like to purchase more products, use the categories above and to the left to find the additional products.  As with the first product purchased, click the “Add to Cart” button and the product will be transferred to your personal shopping cart.   

When you've added all of the desired items to the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button located at the top, right hand section of every page. Clicking on the "Check Out Now" button will bring you to the Customer Information section of the checkout process.

Checkout:

At the billing information page, fill in the appropriate information such as your name, phone number, email address, and billing address. Then click the button marked "Next Step" at the bottom right hand corner to proceed.

At the Shipping Address page, select the address where you would like your order to be sent. Click the "Next Step" button to proceed.

At the payment options page, please choose your payment method.  We prefer the following forms of payment: 
•  Credit Card Orders (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
•  COD (Sorry, No Special Orders - In Stock Items Only) 
•  Cash/Check in Advance
•  Existing Cross Company customers with established credit (in good standing) may use their Cross Account Number if known or a Phone Number and Name.  Don’t worry, we’ll contact you to verify the account and your order.

If paying by Credit Card, please enter your credit card information into the required fields.  After you have entered all the required information, click "Next Step" in the lower right hand corner to proceed.   If you are concerned about transmitting your credit card information across the Internet, please note that this site is secured by 128-bit SSL Security Certificates, which offers you the highest level of encryption and/or security possible. You can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure.  If you are still concerned about security, please feel free to contact us via phone or fax and give us your credit card information personally.  

On the final page of the checkout process, please review your order information to make sure everything is correct. If needed, use the "Previous Step" button to make corrections before finalizing your order. If everything appears to be correct, click the "Place Order" button to complete your order.

After your order is submitted, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Orders for in-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and the method of shipping you choose, you should receive your order within 2-10 business days if shipped by our default shipper, UPS Ground.
